COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS


FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS – PLIVATI SWIMWEAR X NAKED TAN GIVEAWAY

 

  1. Promoter
    The promoter of this competition is PLIVATI Swimwear, in collaboration with Naked Tan. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, or any of their affiliates.
  2. Eligibility
    Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter, Naked Tan, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
  3. Competition Period
    The competition commences at the time of posting and closes at 11:59pm AEDST on 26 January. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
  4. How to Enter
    To enter, participants must:
    • Follow @plivatiswim and @nakedtan on Instagram
    • Like and save the competition post
    • Complete the official entry form linked in the post
  5. Incomplete or invalid entries will be deemed ineligible.
  6. Prize Details
    One (1) winner will receive:
    • One (1) $200 PLIVATI Swimwear digital gift voucher
    • One (1) Naked Tan Pro Tanning Pack valued at $155
    • Shipping included

  7. Total prize value: $400 AUD
    Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
  8. Winner Selection & Notification
    The winner will be drawn at random and notified via email and announced on Instagram Stories at 6:00pm AEDST on Tuesday 27 January. The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw.
  9. Prize Fulfilment
    Delivery details must be provided by the winner within the requested timeframe. The Promoter is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during delivery once dispatched.
  10. Use of Entries
    By entering, participants consent to the Promoter using their name, Instagram handle, and entry for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
  11. Privacy
    Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this competition and in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
  12. General Conditions
    The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  13. Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter and Naked Tan will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of participating in this competition or accepting the prize.
