SHIPPING OVERVIEW

PLIVATI offers FREE standard shipping by courier within Australia (or Aus Post for PO Box & Parcel Collect) for all orders over $50AUD.

Standard Shipping to New Zealand is $15 Flat Rate. 

Free DHL express shipping is available to International orders over $200AUD.

Please Note: Taxes & any custom duties (if applicable) that are payable in your country will be at your cost. 

For orders less than $50AUD within Australia, there is a standard flat delivery rate of $10AUD. Delivery will be by courier with tracking. *Please note, we are able to deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Collect through Australia Post however, please allow an additional 24 hours for shipping. A tracking number will be provided. 

For Express Shipping within Australia the delivery cost is $15AUD.

DELIVERY TIMES

All items purchased on PLIVATI will be dispatched (packed and ready to be sent out) within 24 hours of receiving your order (this time may be longer during promotions, weekends and over public holiday periods). A confirmation email will be sent once the order has been received. Once the courier is booked, you will also receive a confirmation email that your order is on it’s way and you will receive tracking notification for all parcels.

 

Australia & New Zealand Shipping

Delivery methods available with estimated arrival time:
  • STANDARD SHIPPING (Australia Wide) – 2 to 5 days. Capital cities may be even faster!
  • EXPRESS SHIPPING (Australia Wide) – 1 to 3 business days.
  • NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING – 7 to 14 business days

*Please note that these are estimated delivery times only, therefore PLIVATI cannot guarantee delivery dates. All items are dispatched by our shipping company from our warehouse in SYDNEY. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping and can ship to most countries with Australia Post or DHL Express (depending on your country) at a flat rate of AUD$25. If we are unable to ship to your country at check out, please contact us to check your rate. New Zealand has a flat rate of AUD$15.

Spend over $200AUD and receive FREE DHL Express Shipping to nominated countries we currently ship to. 

Please note that all applicable taxes, customs fees, and duties are the responsibility of the customer and differ between countries. If you are unsure if you will be affected by any additional charges, please contact your local customs office.

When you place your order, you will receive an email with tracking details.

As we use DHL express, orders can be with you in as little as 3-5 days! 

Customs and Duty

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We are unable to predict the charges, and the recipient is liable for the payment of import duties, customs and local sales tax. Contact your local customs office for more information on potential charges.


CUSTOMER DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please provide an address where you will be located during office hours. If a work address is provided, the courier company requires the business and receivers’ names.

Should no one be present at delivery to sign for your parcel, a card will be left and the parcel taken to your local post office or freight depot. Once an order has been dispatched, PLIVATI is unable to amend delivery location or redirect packages.

Please note we are not able to deliver via Courier to PO Box addresses, though will happily deliver via Australia Post with tracking.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

It is important to us that your swimwear fits you properly and that you LOVE it. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return your item within 14 days* of receiving your order for a full refund or we will happily exchange for a product of the same value.

To be eligible for a return/exchange:

  • Your swimwear must have been delivered to you in the last 14 days*.
  • All items must be returned unworn in original condition without signs of makeup, with original tags attached, hygiene strip in place and packaging in tact.
  • The return must include the original invoice with your name and order number and request for credit/refund.
  • PLEASE NOTE: A refund is not applicable on sale items. The return for a refund must not have been part of a sale with any sale code applied (excluding the sign up 10% code) however we will happily exchange or provide a credit. 

There are certain situations where returns and exchanges are not granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days* after delivery.
  • The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way.
  • All goods will be inspected on return. We try hard to accept all returns, in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
  • We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
  • Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning and obtain proof of posting.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

* International customers have 30 days to return from delivery date. 

Please note, International exchanges will need to pay return postage from both ends for all exchanges.  

Faulty/Damaged Item

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you're looking to return a faulty or incorrect item, please get in touch so we can arrange this for you.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 days working days. 

Please Note: Duty and tax incurred on a refunded international order is at the customers’ expense and cannot be refunded by PLIVATI.

Refunds are not provided on sale items - see below paragraph.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@plivatil.com.au

On Sale Items OR Sales with Discount Code

Only full priced items are refundable. All sale items are non-refundable and can only be exchanged for another item of the same sale value.

Please note this includes all items purchased using any discount or promotional codes provided by PLIVATI excluding the signup discount on first orders.

We recommend choosing carefully to avoid disappointment, so please get in touch with us at info@plivati.com.au if you have any questions regarding sizing. Any items returned outside the 14 day return period, or in a condition that indicates being worn or washed in any way, including make-up and deodorant marks, will not be accepted for return.

A reminder to please take care when trying on swimwear and wear undergarments at all times. If returned, the hygiene sticker must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered.
