PLIVATI Swimwear offers a unique, boutique line with intimate collections in custom prints and designs. We aim to provide our customer with ethically, sustainably made, high quality swimwear in modest cuts and prints reminiscent of European holidays on the coast. 

FOUNDED IN 2019

PLIVATI was founded by Julianne, a mother of two young boys, driven by her passion for the Mediterranean, her love of fashion, and her husband’s Croatian heritage – which inspired both the name and essence of the brand. In Croatian, PLIVATI means “to swim.”

Growing up on the beaches of the Gold Coast, Queensland, Julianne developed a deep connection with the ocean and swimwear. As a former fashion model with years of corporate experience, she combined her creative vision and business skills to bring PLIVATI to life.

At PLIVATI, we offer women and men modest swimwear crafted in Mediterranean-inspired prints and made from high-quality, comfortable, and durable materials that are chlorine-resistant and UPF 50+ protected. Our latest collections are created using recycled and sustainable fabrics, produced in small, considered quantities to minimise waste and environmental impact.

SUSTAINABILITY

We care about the environment at PLIVATI. Not only is our swimwear made to the highest quality craftmanship, it is made from recycled, sustainable materials. Our swimwear, resort wear and accessories are all sent to our customers in reusable, biodegradable bags that can be reused for handy storage or when packing your swimwear in your suitcase. They are also mailed in compostable, biodegradable satchels. We manufacture only in small quantities with a small, ethical manufacturer who we have generated a close relationship with and who passes a yearly quality, certification test.
