PLIVATI FIT GUIDE

Finding your perfect fit should feel effortless. Use our guide below to help choose your PLIVATI size across swim, resort and family styles.

Sizing across PLIVATI is based on standard Australian sizing; however, fit may vary slightly between styles

This is meant as a General Sizing Guide. Certain styles may run smaller or larger than normal, and this is indicated in the individual product descriptions.

WOMEN’S SWIMWEAR

Our women’s swimwear is designed to offer a comfortable, supportive and flattering fit.

We recommend choosing your usual Australian swimwear or underwear size. If you’re between sizes or prefer a little more room, we generally recommend sizing up.

For one-piece styles, those with a longer torso may also prefer to size up for additional length.

Each PLIVATI design is unique, so please refer to the Sizing Notes on the individual product page for any style-specific fit recommendations.

SWIMWEAR & RESORT WEAR CARE

CARING FOR YOUR PLIVATI SWIMWEAR & RESORT PIECES

At PLIVATI, each piece is thoughtfully designed and crafted to be cherished for seasons to come. To preserve the beauty, fit, and integrity of your garments, we recommend following the care guidelines below.

Detailed care instructions can also be found on the label of each item.

SWIMWEAR CARE

Our swimwear is made with premium fabrics designed to support, sculpt, and move beautifully with your body. To ensure longevity:

• Rinse immediately after each wear to remove salt, chlorine, and sunscreen.

• Hand wash gently in cool water using a mild detergent — never machine wash.

• Reshape while damp and lay flat to dry in the shade, away from direct sunlight.

• Avoid tumble drying, ironing, or wringing your swimsuit.

• Please note that exposure to sunblock, lotions, oils, and high chlorine levels may cause fading or discolouration over time — this is not a fault but a natural result of wear.

• Delicate textured fabrics such as Ribbed or Crinkle may catch easily — take care to avoid contact with rough surfaces.

RESORT & BEACHWEAR CARE

Our resort wear collections are crafted from carefully selected lightweight and breathable fabrics for effortless elegance. To maintain their drape and softness:

• Hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent and handle gently.

• Some pieces may require dry cleaning — please refer to the garment label.

• Lay flat or hang to dry in a shaded area away from direct heat or sunlight.

• Avoid tumble drying and ironing unless specified.

• Sun care products, tanning oils, and chlorine can affect the colour of delicate fabrics.

• Knit or crochet pieces should always be folded, never hung, to retain their shape.

ACCESSORIES & SUNGLASSES CARE

Each PLIVATI accessory is designed to compliment your swim & resort looks with understated luxury. To maintain their finish:

• Gently wipe with a soft, damp cloth or sponge.

• Avoid contact with rough or abrasive surfaces and keep sunglasses in their case when not wearing.

• Spot clean where necessary using a very mild detergent.

With care and attention, your PLIVATI pieces will remain as timeless as the moments you create in them.
